The last 24 hours have been really stressful... I lost my wallet yesterday and it was awhile until I realized it was gone. I tore up my room looking for it, but I realized it was probably at the liquor store. When I went back this morning to see if it was there, someone different was working so he told me to come back when the woman who knows me was there. I was worried, but the woman had it.

Now I just have to get through work and it's finally the weekend..

i have the best friends ever. i had a great birthday on monday. everybody went in and got me a playstation 2 and burnout 3. my good grades end here. the rest of my college career will be spent buying alcohol, getting drunk, and playing burnout. let's not forget the awesome flask i got from meg and nat and the hott "disco queen" wallet i got from sarah. now i can have portable alcohol and have the indian guys that work at every liquor store laugh at me when i pull my ID out of a disco queen wallet. thank you everybody for a wonderful, drunken birthday. (you too danielle)

i'm at home now for thanksgiving. gonna go out to the bar with lynn and morgan who i haven't seen in ages. so i'm definitely excited about that.
then lots of foood tomorrow at my uncle's. yay.

had a great weekend so far...only gonna get better...21 in T minus 3 hours. 

weez and i are going to the bar at 12 so i can order a beer.

so my week from hell is pretty much over.  3 exams and a 6 page paper...DONE.  and i happen to know i got a 96 on the hardest of those exams...i seriously think there's a mistake.  that's fucking amazing. 

my 21st birthday = one week away

 

i made up for lack of partying this weekend. well, i tried to do that on friday night but had a scare with ernie. he was missing for about 4 hours...we thought he had gotten outside because he fell out the window the one night last week (a 2nd floor window...he's lucky to be alive). i had invited a bunch of people to come hang out here, and it was horrible timing that ernie had to disappear that night. so i had a lot of people in my house, and i was freaking out about the ferret and basically storming around this place frantically looking for him. i felt like a really bad host because we eventually made everyone leave...but i think people understood the situation. we found ernie at like 3 in the morning finally...he had gotten inside the walls of the house through a closet in the bathroom. i wanted to hug him and kill him at the same time.
last night was a good time. just hung out here with nadia, casey, meg, and matt and got really drunk. no work today, so it was a good feeling of not being required to wake up at any time after a night of drinking.
this week = 3 exams = major suckiness

it's 9:40 am...i shouldn't be up at this hour. i didn't even have my 9am class this morning but i had to go to court. some dumbass drunk driver who decided to hit and run...she thought because we were college students we wouldn't show up at the court date. she didn't even have a defense.

i'm glad it's the weekend and i'm glad i get paid today.

i was talking to nadia about how old we've become...all we do is work and do schoolwork and sleep. last semester i used to drink and party every night...what happened to that? it's not even the drinking that i miss, because i wasted so much money just trying to get drunk all the time. it's just been so long since i've sat down with friends and watched a movie or something. we're dumb and old and we have no fun anymore.

TIM was complaining about how i never mention TIM in my livejournal so i'm gonna write about TIM. TIM is a fun housemate and TIM serenades me daily on his guitar until i get up and play my drums and make beautiful music with TIM. TIM is going to boston this weekend and i sure will miss TIM because TIM sure is great. TIM is probably going to hit me once TIM reads this but it's ok because TIM is cool anyway.

had a busy but good halloween weekend...dressed up as mr. rogers last night and went to a party at weez's parents house in wilmington. worked all weekend. have a shitload of schoolwork to do now. i can't wait for tuesday...it'll be my first day off that i don't have to work or go to class in such a long time. i'm gonna sleep in so long and nobody's allowed to bother me.

death cab/pretty girls show wednesday night was amazing.

this weekend was pretty good. hung out with nadia and casey friday night and had a blast. did my laundry and hung out with them again saturday night in weez's room. other than that, just a lot of working at pacsun. my manager is going crazy and scheduling me 30 hours a week...sorry but that's not gonna work out. so i gotta get a bunch of people to take over my shifts.

i've been listening to the good life - album of the year and elliott smith - from a basement on the hill on an alternating basis and i'm obsessed with both.
